The first step to assemble the cargo bike is the installation of the handlebar. We just have to put it on the position according to our comfort and tighten the screw very well.
To attach the two sections of the bike’s frame, we have 4 small and 4 large bolts. Smaller bolts go on the side and the larger goes on the middle. Tighten them once we have all the bolts correctly positioned.
The stabilizer bar for the front wheel has to be installed as shown below
We have to install the front light then tighten the cable to the frame using the cable ties.
To install the front brake and cable , first we install the brake cable from the lever to the brake pads. Drive the cable under the frame and pass through the cable holders. Thereafter calibrate and tighten it properly.
To install the cargo box to the frame we have to use the screws and nuts we found on the parts box , put the box on position , put the screws on and tight very well
Install the benches.
We have two wood pieces those are for the seats. See pictures.
Seat post installation. First we have to put together the post and the seat then insert them on the bike. Make sure it is the correct height and properly secured.
Pedals installation. Make sure to check the markings on the pedals indicating R or L (right or lefts ide). Otherwise you will strip the threads.
The last thing we need to do is to put the battery to ON position and turn the key on; using the power button we turn the bike on and we can enjoy the ride.
To park the bike, we have to hold the legs with our feet and pull back the bike, and when we want to ride, just push the bike forward.
To turn the front light on, we have to push the plus button for 3 seconds, and do the same process to turn it off.
