Products purchased with the help of Katapult, customers have the extended 14-day return period, instead of the seven days as stipulated in the Policy. The extended warranty and any other trial periods do not apply to these purchases. No other changes in the Policy.
Orders paid through Katapult have a flat rate 20% restocking charge, applicable shipping charges and/or any non-refundable charges such as special deliveries. Fees must be paid separately in a form of credit/debit card or online check, as these fees cannot be deducted from proceeds by Katapult.
If your return window of 14 days has passed, customers may contact Katapult and return the product(s) to Katapult, releasing them from future payments.
